We are an up and coming Birria restaurant and I’m looking for a cashier/front of house person with at least 2 years of work experience in a busy work environment.
I can’t stress enough you must be able to handle working in a high pressure situation, we get extremely busy on weekends you must have an understanding of how to manage the UberEats tablets, DoorDash, Postmates and Grubhub orders while being able to attend to the customers ordering from the streets. You must have knowledge on how to use a POS system, I use “Square” a very user friendly system so I would expect you to learn the menu within the first couple of days.
You must also be comfortable helping in the kitchen when we’re running low on onions, cilantro, limes and radishes, part of your duties will be to restock when you see them running low. I will also show you how to make the horchata, lemonade, Jamaica, etc. Your duties are to make sure these never run out. Also to restock the salsa cups, drink cups, containers for food etc. Must maintain a clean working environment at all times.
Look me up on Google and Yelp, I have 4.5 star ratings on both platforms, in order to maintain this, I am looking for someone with major experience.
My kitchen is a take out only situation, no customers are allowed inside the restaurant. All the orders are to go, there is some outdoor seating but mostly all orders are to go.
I need someone for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5pm-11pm
The pay is negotiable based on your experience.
