We are a high-end company looking for a customer service representative to join our team.
The job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Talking with clients about their catering needs. This includes taking catering orders via email or phone and guiding them through our menu.
- Creating a detailed shopping lists for any specialty items the client wants. Then sending our drivers out to pickup those specialty items.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to make sure our customers needs are well understood.
- Packing catering orders according to our customer's specific requests, making sure every detail is accounted for.
Previous food experience is a plus, but not necessary
We are looking for someone with an open schedule and must be able to work weekends.
