We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chief Kitchen Assistant to join our Mediterranean restaurant team. This role supports the head chef and daily kitchen operations, with a strong focus on grill preparation.
Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef with daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook Mediterranean grill items (grill experience preferred)
Support food prep, plating, and service during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Grill experience preferred
Minimum English for basic communication
Must be available to work weekends
Punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
