Family owned FOOD TRUCK & RESTAURANT business looking for a PART-TIME barista to do the following:
Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, and provide a positive experience
Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, and espresso drinks, following recipes and techniques
Take orders, including details like coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios
Receive and process payments, such as cash and credit cards
Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups and cups
Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, and detailing
Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized
Must have food handlers Card
