Big Mama's and Papa's Pizzeria Northridge location is seeking for a qualified and energetic professional to fill full time. Must have prior experience making pizzas. Must have excellent work ethic and great teamwork attitude. Must have knife skills to cut/slice .Working at weekends and, nights, holidays is a required. Must have 1 or more years experience in making pizzas, pastas, sandwiches etc.
FLUENT IN ENGLISH is a plus
Responsibilities
-Hand-stretching pizza to our standards
-Preparation work and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
-Ensuring food quality and consistency
-working collaboratively with the team
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year experience with hand-stretching pizzas
-Good skills and attention to details
-must have ability to work nights and weekends, including holidays.
-team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Must have the knowledge to stretch the dough by hand
Learn all menu items, ingredients, and be familiar with all recipes and food preparation
Control food quality and consistency
Clean the store as needed, and follow prep, cook, and cleaning daily sheet.
