NOTE: This is a position at one of the best night markets in California, this is NOT a regular restaurant.

DUTIES:
Maintain a clean/sanitary line
Show up to work on time in proper uniform
Appropriately prep/stock stations and set up/break down stations
Make food to the correct specs/temperatures
Fill and stock stations before any shift change
Keep station prep organized in walk in/downsize product
Clean all equipment daily/throughout the shift
Restaurant experience preferred
Have a passion to provide genuine hospitality
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm
Be a team player with a strong work ethic
Have strong communication skills
MUST SPEAK ENGLIS AND SPANISH AND HAVE GRILL EXPERIENCE.
Fri 4PM- 12:30 am
Sat 4pm-12: 30am
Sun 4pm-1:30 am.
