As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation guidelines. You will be responsible for keeping the dish area organized and assist the kitchen in keeping line and prep areas organized and clean. Properly dispose of waste, sweep, mop and sanitize floor and other surfaces. Assist with End-of-Day cleaning and other tasks as asked.
