As we continue to welcome guests and serve great food, we’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Dishwasher to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Position Overview:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. Your role will help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing: Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware using commercial dishwashing equipment and by hand as needed.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including the proper disposal of waste and recycling.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that dishwashing equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance issues.
Assistance: Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils as needed during busy times.
Stocking: Restock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated places.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team and handle fast-paced environments.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a hot, busy kitchen environment.
Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
