Shopping Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (5:30/6:00 AM start)
Delivery Days: Tuesday & Thursday
About Us:
We are a community-driven food service organization dedicated to providing meals to the homeless population in Los Angeles. Every week, we serve 600 people, 3 meals a day, 7 days a week—and we need a reliable, compassionate driver to help us make it happen!
The Role:
As a Delivery & Supply Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen has the supplies it needs and that meals reach those who depend on them. Your work will directly impact our ability to serve the community.
What You’ll Do:
On Delivery Days (Tuesdays & Thursdays):
️ Check driver checklist before heading out
️ Safely deliver meals to designated sites
️ Unload and organize meals, ensuring all items are present
️ Provide friendly customer service
️ Report any issues to management promptly
On Shopping Days (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays):
️ Pick up and verify supply orders
️ Shop for kitchen essentials while comparing prices
️ Organize and store inventory neatly
️ Communicate with stores and management as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Valid driver’s license (MUST HAVE)
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Basic math & reading/writing skills
✅ Excellent customer service
✅ Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
✅ Dependable, proactive, and compassionate
