Upscale Japanese / Sushi restaurant looking for experienced Executive Chef.
Azabu restaurant in Uptown Whittier combines the quality of traditional Japanese cuisine with the flair of modern artistry. The right candidate will posess a talent for maintaining consistency while being inventive with new ideas and dishes.
The right candidate will also posess:
- A strong work ethic.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Organization skills.
- Cleanliness.
- Experience with sushi / Japanese cuisine.
- Experience running a full kitchen.
- Experience with both sushi and hot lines.
- Experience creating menus and new dishes.
- Willingness to work with ownership / GM in a team effort to take this beautiful restaurant to the next level.
