We are looking for an experienced Expeditor for a high volume and casual restaurant with busy Uber Eats.
Must be able to work full time nights and weekend/Sundays.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining room and takeout stations
-Check food quality, presentation, and accuracy before dishes are served
-Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to maintain smooth service
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo line
-Communicate effectively to prioritize and time orders during peak hours
-Assist with packaging for to-go and delivery orders when needed
Requirements:
-Previous expeditor or restaurant experience (especially in high-volume settings) strongly preferred
-Excellent communication and multitasking skills
-Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
-Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
-Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
-Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Bilingual a plus.
