One Twelve Caffè is a modern, high-end café in Downey offering exceptional coffee, pastries, and full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu in a refined and welcoming setting. We’re looking for a Full-Time Experienced Barista with at least 5 years of barista experience in a quality-driven or upscale café environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and consistency. You’ll take pride in perfecting each drink, creating a memorable guest experience, and representing the One Twelve Caffè standard of excellence.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of barista experience in specialty or upscale cafés
Strong espresso, milk texturing, and latte art skills
Ability to dial-in espresso and maintain brewing equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, polished appearance and attitude
Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-driven
Committed to cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas
Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest
Maintain an organized and spotless bar and service area
Assist with restocking, inventory, and daily café operations
Ensure all health and safety standards are followed
Contribute to the overall positive and refined atmosphere of the café
