We are building a team of 4 baristas for a refined, slow service coffee bar that celebrates culture and quality. Our coffee program has been developed to compliment 8 years of established baking, having become one of the most popular local bread sellers in Southern California. As we launch our first brick and mortar, our ideal candidates will:

Demonstrate knowledge of basic brew methods and awareness of current coffee trends.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
1-2 years of barista experience in a craft/artisanal setting, or relevant training.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Open/flexible availability and willingness to work weekends.
Valid ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills by greeting, assisting, and building rapport with customers.
Expressing acute knowledge of our coffee, pastry, and retail offerings.
Executing all drink builds and brew methods to order, aligned with in-house instruction and training.
Upholding standard of cleanliness and efficiency by maintaining and completing all assigned role & shift duties.
Operating the POS system.
