Cook
Seeking experienced weekend brunch cook. Must have knives and can follow check lists and instructions. Work without supervision, self motivated and willing to learn. Must have experience with blenders, juicers, mincers and most cooking tools and appliances. Can follow recipes for sauces, Aioli's, batters, vinaigrettes.
Experience with Fish and shellfish a big plus
Must work a "clean as you go" station at all times. Must be efficient and on time
This is a part-time position - Saturday/Sunday - 9:30 - 3:30pm
We manage 2 restaurants and position can lead to more shifts at either restaurant.
