Looking for an experienced and professional cocktail server with high volume bar experience (not a restaurant food server), with at least 4-years cocktail server experience. We are an established Bar/Lounge in Downtown Los Angeles, and looking for candidates who possess the following attributes:
> Experience in the industry, and knowledgeable about the hospitality business;
> Motivated team player, with ability to work well with others;
> Great interpersonal skills, with upbeat personality and positive attitude;
> Ability to communicate with guests, with focus on guest experience;
> Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to self-study regarding products;
> Punctual for shifts;
> Ability to multi-task;
> Ability to work long periods on your feet;
> Ability to work opening shifts in the afternoon and closing shifts late at night;
> Ability to work weekend nights;
> Ability to handle busy work environment;
> Ability to provide superior hospitality and service to guests;
> Solid knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails;
> Willingness to learn about new products and menu items;
> Experience with Toast POS system;
> Ability to pass drug test and background screening; and
> Must be over 21 years of age.
New York, San Francisco, or Chicago experience a plus. High end boutique hotel experience is also a plus. Looking for serious food and beverage professionals interested in long-term positions, not for those looking for a “bar gig”. Availability for 2 to 4 shifts per week.
