We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work on all stations in our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes on all stations including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
- Ensure that all food meets high-quality standards and is presented according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on all stations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
