➜ Key Responsibilities:
- Execute with Excellence: Prepare all dishes according to Gaucho's established recipes, specs, and flavor profiles to ensure consistency and quality.
- Own Your Station: Run your station efficiently during service, maintaining urgency, quality, and clear communication with the team.
- Manage the Pace: Help maintain ticket times, pacing, and accuracy, especially during our busiest peak periods.
- Prep for Success: Ensure all mise en place is completed to spec and that your station is always ready for service.
- Uphold Standards: Keep your station spotless and organized; uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate for Service: Work closely with the expo and Front of House (FOH) team to ensure a smooth service flow and complete guest satisfaction.
➜ Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of professional kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Experience on the grill or hot line is highly desirable.
- Strong knife skills, station management abilities, and a powerful sense of urgency.
- A positive, professional, and dependable team player who is coachable and ready to learn.
- Understanding of Latin or Argentine cuisine is a huge plus!
- Valid Food Handler certification is required.
