We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Server to join our team! Our restaurant is a warm, welcoming space serving delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes. We take pride in creating memorable dining experiences — and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion for great food, great service, and genuine hospitality.
About the Role
As a Server, you’ll be one of the key faces of our restaurant. You’ll make guests feel welcome, guide them through our menu, and ensure that every visit is smooth and enjoyable. We’re seeking someone who not only provides excellent table service but also takes initiative in keeping the dining area clean, organized, and inviting.
When not directly assisting guests, you’ll help with light side duties such as:
Bussing and resetting tables
Organizing silverware and polishing glassware
Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards
Helping ensure the dining area is ready for the next guests
In short, we’re looking for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a team that values teamwork, respect, and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Experience in a Mediterranean restaurant
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to legibly write and take customer orders by hand
Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays and dishes safely
Interest in long-term employment (this is not a short-term or seasonal position)
️ Bonus: Fluency in Armenian or Arabic is a plus, as it helps us better connect with our diverse guests — but it’s not required.
Compensation & Hours
Starting pay: $17.87/hour + tips
Hours will vary during training; increased hours are available after successful completion of the training/probationary period.
