We are seeking a highly skilled Wedding Coordinator to join our team at a beautiful, nature-inspired venue in Calabasas, California. Position Overview
The Wedding Coordinator will oversee all aspects of wedding planning and execution at our venue, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for couples and their guests. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff to deliver exceptional service while upholding the venue’s high standards.
Responsibilities
-Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings of 99 guests and above, including large-scale celebrations.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for couples from booking to the wedding day.
-Collaborate with catering, event staff, florists, photographers, and other vendors to execute detailed timelines.
-Conduct site tours, consultations, and final walkthroughs with clients.
-Create event timelines, floor plans, rehearsal schedules, and ceremony logistics.
-Assist with décor placement, ceremony coordination, and reception flow.
-Ensure all events meet venue guidelines, safety standards, and guest expectations.
-Some responsibilities may be performed remotely from home, including email communication, planning, and scheduling.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 5 years of professional wedding or event coordination experience.
-Proven success managing large weddings (99+ guests) with grace under pressure.
-Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
-Exceptional attention to detail and client relationship management.
-Ability to work weekends, evenings, and event days as needed.
-Familiarity with event software, timelines, and vendor coordination.
-Calm, polished, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
