We are looking for a chef/manger that is familiar with farm to table ingredients, be creative and personable. Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, Happy Hour and events.
Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as:
- operations
- recipes
- financial responsibility
- portion and inventory control
- food quality
- employee supervision
- leadership training
- farmers market shopping
