We are looking for ID Checkers, Barbacks, and Cash Exchange Cashiers More information is provided below.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities for ID Checkers: ($20.00 Hourly)
Check ID's for age and expiration date to confirm patrons meet the age limit to enter the facility
Verify age of patrons intending to consume alcohol and provide a wristband when required
Perform all functions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as established policies, procedures, and controls
Must be able to see, speak clearly, and listen attentively
Provide excellent hospitality and customer service
Answer any questions a guest may have
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21+
Must be proficient in English
Must be able to do basic math to calculate patrons age
Ability to communicate with upper management and colleagues effectively, efficiently, and respectfully
Ability to stand for long periods of time (10 to 12 hr. shifts)
Employees are expected to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to heat, rain, and cold
-California RBS Certification is required (can be completed throughout hiring process)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities for Barbacks (Tipped Minimum Wage based on State of Residence)
Perform all functions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as established policies, procedures, and controls
Ensures that bar and floor is clean and any used glassware is removed from bar tops
Maintains a clean work environment in accordance with the Health Department
Maintains par stock levels by placing orders for inventory needs at start of festival and throughout
Receives and delivers all products to appropriate outlet and stocks in accordance to specification
Collects trash throughout the shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21+
Ability to communicate with upper management and colleagues effectively, efficiently, and respectfully
Ability to stand for long periods of time (10 to 12 hr. shifts)
Employees are expected to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to heat, rain, and cold
Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
-California RBS Certification is required (can be completed throughout hiring process)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities for Cash Exchange Cashiers ($20.00 Hourly)
Perform all functions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as established policies, procedures, and controls
Responsible for exchanging cash for Amex credit cards for patrons to use within the festival
Record all cash to credit card transactions, accurately.
Responsible and accountable for cash and credit cards as assigned during shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of working in fast paced environments
Must be 21+
Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform basic math functions
Ability to handle cash
Great customer service and positive attitude
Ability to communicate with upper management and colleagues effectively, efficiently, and respectfully
