Busser:

-To maximize servers time on the floor and ensure member and guest satisfaction, by maintaining cleanliness in front and back of house areas.

Food Runner:

-This role is responsible for delivering accurate food orders in the kitchen to the members in the various dining outlets.

BUSSERS:

-Greet members and guest and assist with seating.

-Sanitize and set and reset tables before, during and after service periods.

-Anticipate guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.

-Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

-Prepare and serve beverages.

-Remove dirty dishes from tables between courses and clear tables after guests leave.

-On occasion, may assist staff in serving tables.

-Complete closing duties as assigned.

-Position duties may include any other tasks as deemed necessary by managers in order to fulfill the obligations of the club.

FOOD RUNNER:

-Ability to communicate well with Lead Food Expo, Kitchen team and Servers in order to smoothly coordinate delivery of food orders to the members and guests.

-Perform opening and stocking duties for food expediting in the various outlets in a timely fashion.

-Communicate effectively with dining room personnel regarding clarification of order details, allergies, discontinued items and timing issues.

-Handle various impromptu requests from members.

-Ensure food orders are correctly and accurately assembled as per each POS order ticket.

-Ensure consistency and quality of all products leaving kitchen.

-Cover dishes when appropriate and ensure proper tray stacking for safe transportation to outlets.

-Ensure all handling of food conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

-Stock station and complete all delegated side work.

-Build positive relationships with kitchen employees to ensure smooth lines of communication, cooperation and timing.

-Position duties may include any other tasks as deemed necessary by managers in order to fulfill the obligations of the club.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

-Must be T.I.P.S. and ServeSafe certified.

-Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures.

-High level of professional appearance and demeanor.

-Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and keep organized under pressure.

-Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, ensuring guest and staff needs are met.

-At least 1 year of food & beverage experience in the role you are applying for.

-Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

-High school diploma or equivalent.
