Job Overview
We are hiring motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Crew Members to join our growing team. As part of our production crew, you’ll help produce and prepare our award-winning gelato and sorbetto with precision and care. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness, quality, and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mixing, batching, and freezing gelato and sorbetto
- Operate automated filling and packaging equipment
- Label and date packaging accurately
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace following GMP and HACCP standards
- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory
- Support cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and facility
- Follow all food safety protocols and allergen guidelines
- Assist with local orders including UNFI, KeHE, and Goldbelly fulfillment
- Occasionally support shipping, receiving, and defense of building (report suspicious activity)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pastry food production or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in cold production spaces
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
