Hello!
We are Bun & Blanket, a gourmet smash burger food truck that is expanding in the San Fernando Valley area. We are building out our team for our truck location in Glendale.
Glendale location hours are:
Mon-Fri 4p-9p
Sat 12p-9p
Sun 12p-8p
In addition to our standard location in Glendale, we occasionally do catering and events that would vary in times/location but will be within LA County with limited travel. Reliable transportation is a must.
Currently Part-time (20-35 hours/wk) with possibility to get closer to full time by end of summer (30-40 hours/wk).

Line Cook Responsibilities
-Turn on and off equipment
-Cleaning cooking equipment
-Communicating with owners
-Managing line and prep
-Cooking on the line with others
-Managing inventory while in flight
-Keeping kitchen organized and clean
-Organizing fridge and back-stock
-Communicating with customers and clients
Qualifications
-21 years or older
-Valid Drivers License
-Previous line cook experience
-Valid Food Handlers Card preferred but not required
-Works well under pressure
-Enjoys a fast paced environment
-Must be able to adapt to change
-Must be a team player
-Must be reliable and responsible
-Reliable transportation is a must
Line cook pay: $20/hr + shared tips (tips are split evenly between working staff and average $5-$8 per hour)
