FRONT DESK AGENT AT MOTEL/INN
These are the dates needed so please do not apply if you cannot work these dates:
MONDAY 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
WEDNESDAY 6:00 AM TO 2:00 PM
SATURDAY 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
SUNDAY 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
Job Duties are but not limited to:
- Able to work weekends
- Check in and check out guests using our computer system Visual Matrix by Image Tech
- Answer busy phone calls
- Make reservations correctly, follow management training and policies
- Be on time, reliable, have good work ethics, looking for long term employee
- Can speak fluent English
- Have a great happy positive upbeat attitude
- Enjoy dealing with customers, handling customer complaints, have a patient personality
- Monitor the property, comfortable working alone
- Have common sense, ask questions when unsure
- Providing excellent customer service
Note:
This is 100% customer service job so please only apply if you can handle customers. Also need to know how to use a computer because all credit card payments and bookings are done in the software system.
We pay for training
Starting pay is $17.28 per hour depending on your experience.
