Front Desk at Motel/INN located in Pasadena, CA

WEDNESDAY 6:00 AM TO 2:00 PM
SATURDAY 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
SUNDAY 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
Job duties are but not limited to:
- Check in and check out guests
- Train and learn how to use our reservation system to make reservations and process payments
- Answer busy telephone calls
- Provide the best customer service in the hospitality industry
- Able to handle guest complaints and handle problems under stress
- Able to multitask
- Able to work alone, not afraid to work alone
- Monitor the property, ask people who are non guest to leave the premises
- Report any issues to management, good communication, have common sense
Must be:
Reliable, on time, always come to work
Have a patient and happy personality
Enjoy dealing with customers and can provide excellent customer service
Can speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus
Clean hygiene, dress professional, handle all issues with mature and professionalism
Not afraid to work alone and feel comfortable working alone
