Your Role:

Customer Service Champion:

Ensure every customer leaves with a smile by creating a warm, welcoming environment.

Lead your team in delivering outstanding service, resolving concerns with care, and maintaining a clean and inviting space.

Ensure the presentation of products is visually appealing, keeping displays fresh and well-stocked.

Team Leadership & Development:

Be the role model your team looks up to—mentor, coach, and inspire them to succeed every day.

Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations to help your team grow.

Manage schedules, training, and team dynamics to ensure everyone is aligned and thriving.

Operations Guru:

Oversee the daily flow of front-counter operations, ensuring smooth and seamless service during peak hours.

Jump in when necessary to assist with hands-on tasks, demonstrating leadership by example.

Collaborate with management and other departments to improve operations and implement new ideas.

Health and Safety Advocate:

Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Address safety issues promptly and proactively, keeping your team and customers safe.

Inventory & Maintenance:

Keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Ensure that front-of-house facilities are clean and functional, ready for a busy day.

Financial Accountability:

Oversee scheduling, payroll, ordering, and team development to optimize labor costs.

Maintain accurate cash handling and financial procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Creative and Community-Focused:

Get involved in planning special events and other store initiatives, contributing your creativity to the team’s success.

Share insights and updates to keep your team informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in retail or food service management, or equivalent experience in a related field.

A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge of food safety standards, with experience managing front-of-house operations.

Comfortable with POS systems, Google Suite, and other software.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Be prepared for a physically active role—standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds) are part of the job.

Flexibility is key, as you’ll work varied hours to support our café’s needs.
