Busser/Runner:
Duties:
Resetting tables
Setting up guests with water and sauces
Packing items togo
Refiling waiter stations
Running and preparing food for serving such as salad and mushu
Requirements:
Need experience, a willingness to learn and develop, and strong worth ethic.
You will be working Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day
Kitchen Prep
Duties:
Cutting vegetables, base knife skills needed
Rolling appetizers like Egg rolls and snapping string beans
Operating the dish machine and running the dish station
Washing the kitchen at nights end
Deep scrubbing pots and pans
Requirements:
Basic Knife skills
Strong worth ethic
Ability to stand on feet for entire shift
Able to lift 40lbs
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
