Hi! We would like to hire a private chef to work for an individual in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
You would be cooking mostly for a very busy businessman for weekday lunches (Monday through Thursday) for only him but sometimes for small business meetings. Typically 1-4 people for weekday lunches.
Dinners would be just him, and his fiancé and child. 3 total.
Lunches should be healthy - always lots of protein, veggies, a little bit of good carb. Lots of fish, chicken, pork, and always simply cooked, nothing fancy or extravagant needed.
Expertise or specialty in Asian cuisines would be fantastic, but not necessary. Aside from Asian cuisines (they love Vietnamese and Japanese food), American, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines are his (and their) favorites.
This will ideally be a long-term position for someone that is done with the hustle of restaurant culture. Very low-key principal and family, and not too demanding at all. Lunches Monday through Thursday (4 days). And dinners Sunday through Thursday (4 nights).
