NIGHT+MARKET is Los Angeles' premier Thai food destination, currently with three locations. We serve delicious, boldly seasoned food meant to be enjoyed with natural wine. The vibe is energetic, fun, and casual but with an emphasis on hospitality.
We are seeking a General Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate has integrity, ambition, and approaches work with an operator mindset. Attention to detail and strong delegation skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
Exude a genuine sense of hospitality that resonates with both our guests and crew.
Take pride in the success and stability of our crew. Coordinate all hiring, training, and staffing for FOH positions. Assess all potential candidates for cultural fit.
Maintain an active and supportive presence on the floor by engaging customers and working alongside the crew. Enforce service standards and restaurant protocols.
See that all staff are granted a safe, secure and healthy working environment.
Take ownership of financial objectives, cost controls, and the restaurant's overall profitability. Manage scheduling, pars, and inventory to the needs of the business. Identify issues and look for ways to improve financial operations.
Develop and demonstrate a critical eye for the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, equipment and mechanicals.

Requirements:
Must be hospitality minded, driven, and a self-starter. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Must be able to work a minimum of 50-60 hours per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
Serv-Safe management certification.
Must have a minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience. Those with Back of House experience highly encouraged to apply!
