that has experience in FRENCH FOOD (REQUIRED)
Los Angeles well established French restaurant.( Bistro)

Responsibilities:
Manage day to day kitchen operations
Hiring, training, and managing of kitchen Team Members
Reviewing and evaluating all kitchen Team Members
Responsible for all kitchen administration
Responsible for cost control
Developing additional menu items
Ensures consistency and portioning of all food
Responsible for ordering/purchasing
Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen
Ensures upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
Maintain compliance of state and federal labor laws in conjunction with company policies
Conduct daily quality control reports and site walk-throughs
Maintain safe food storage, preparation and cooling techniques per Health Department guidelines
Requirements:
5+ years experience in fast-paced restaurants
Has great organizational skills
Knowledge of correct portions and positions on plates
