Black Heart Coffee Co. is seeking a hardworking and skilled barista to add to our team. We are a unique, full service specialty coffee bar that also heavily focuses on providing artisan food to the Lake Balboa community. Experience working hands on with coffee and espresso in a high volume environment is a must.
Qualifications:
Outgoing and personable
Able to multitask in a very busy and small work space
Proficient and skilled at crafting specialty coffee drinks (creating latte art is a plus)
Passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and espresso
Ability to operate a cash register
Excellent customer service
Available 25-30 hours a week (3-4 shifts per week)
Fri, Sat, Sun availability is a must
