Key Responsibilities:
Busser/Runners: Maintain cleanliness and organization, accurately deliver food and drink to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Bartender: Mix drinks, prepare house sake/mixes, offer great guest service.
Sushi Helper: Prepare and execute various hand rolls, classic cut rolls.
Line Cook: Prepare and execute tempura, saute dishes with efficiency and skill
Qualifications:
Multitasking abilities with a knack for retaining recipe knowledge and technique.
A positive attitude with a quirky, engaging personality that resonates with our laidback yet professional approach.
Desire to present oneself with style, adding poise and charm to guest interactions.
