Responsibilities…
Host
Check ID’s
Be welcoming, courteous, and inviting to each guest
Explain policy regarding pets and service animals
Manage line & to-go orders
Runner/Busser
Bussing all tables and bar top
Clean and wipe all tables once bussed
Sweep the dining room, patio, private room
Have an in depth understanding and knowledge of the food menu
Know what the garnishes of each plate are and be able to spot an incomplete plate
Be able to describe clearly all of the food to guest as you present the plate
