HOSTS/BUSSERS
We are looking for all-star hosts and bussers to join our large family! We are willing to train the right personalities. We are a very busy establishment, so keeping a calm, friendly demeanor is mandatory.
HOST Job Duties:
Greeting guests upon arrival and seating them in a timely manner
Answering the telephone, with a friendly tone
Helping/organizing behind our merchandise stand
Ringing to-go items for guests
Must know how to multi-task
Must stay calm under pressure
BUSSER/RUNNER
Job Duties:
Clear all tables in a timely matter, with attention to detail
Run food to tables in quickly and efficiently
Sweeping/Restroom Checks/Food stocking/Trash, etc.
These duties listed are limited and not the full responsibility of these positions. Must be able to adapt to change and keep your energy up, in this busy location.
Looking for part-time, but if you're the right person, we will bump you to full-time!
Full-time position will get full benefits: Dental, Vision, Medical

This is a TIPPED position!
Weekends are a must!
LINE COOKS
Minimum one year experience. Full-time and Part-Time available
WEEKENDS MUST BE OPEN.
Operating hours are 7am-11pm. Must be able to effectively work in an organized and quick manner so that food can come out together and in a timely fashion. As a line cook you are part of a larger kitchen and to be successful you must be able to work as a team.
DUTIES
Maintain a clean/sanitary line
Show up to work on time in proper uniform
Appropriately prep/stock stations and set up/break down stations
Make food to the correct specs/temperatures
Fill and stock stations before any shift change
Keep station prep organized in walk in/downsize product
Clean all equipment daily/throughout the shift

Se busca cocinero de línea con experiencia mínima de un año. LOS FINES DE SEMANA DEBEN DE ESTAR LIBRES PARA TRABAJAR.
Las horas de trabajo son entre las 7 am a 11 pm. Debe ser capaz de trabajar eficientemente de manera organizada y rápida para que la comida pueda salir junta y a tiempo. Como cocinero de línea, eres parte de una cocina más grande y, para prosperar, debes poder trabajar en equipo.
DEBERAS
Mantener una línea limpia/sanitaria
Presentarse a trabajar a tiempo con el uniforme adecuado.
Adecuadamente preparar/rellenar/limpiar su estación.
Preparar los alimentos con las especificaciones/temperaturas correctas
Llenar y almacenar estaciones antes de cualquier cambio de turno.
Mantenga la preparación de la estación organizada en el refrigerador /consolidar producto
Limpie todo el equipo diariamente/durante todo el turno
