Responsibilities

 Motivate your team through praise and recognition while adhering to Noble Bird Standards.

 Create and maintain a work environment that embodies our culture.

 Responsible for regular inspections to observe quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; cleanliness,

sanitation of production and service areas/equipment; and teammates appearance.

 Manage food quality, preparation, and service.

 Conduct line checks and tasks list using shift logs.

 Maintain exemplary food inspection scores with the Long Beach Health Department.

 Conduct and oversee ordering and inventory processing.

 Oversee product purchasing and management of culinary budget.

 Responsible for overall guest satisfaction; identify root cause of issues and resolve.

 Maintain all facilities in like new condition.

 Lead and prioritize initiatives and new menu rollouts.

 Drive a culture of building sales through great execution and build profits by focusing on the details.

 Motivate your team through praise and recognition.

 Ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeed.

 Create teammates schedules while adhering to forecasting and budgeting guidelines.

 Responsible for hiring, developing, and evaluating performance management of the culinary team. Including but not

limited to certifications, bench strength, supporting NRO’s with trainers and supporting a diverse and inclusive

environment.

 Recognize and identify talent within and outside of the restaurant.

 Ensure compliance with local labor laws.

 Ensure teammate compliance with all Noble Bird Standards.

 Build sales and relationships with a past record of success.

 One to two years of experience in culinary management.

 Culinary certification preferred.

 Proficient in English/basic and Spanish/basic.

 Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

 Trusting, passionate, humble, and gracious team player.

 Build lasting relationships with trust and respect.

 Create fun.
