Responsibilities

Create and maintain a work environment that embodies our culture.
Responsible for regular inspections to observe quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; cleanliness,
sanitation of production and service areas/equipment; and teammates appearance.
Manage food quality, preparation, and service.
Conduct line checks and tasks list using shift logs.
Maintain exemplary food inspection scores with the Long Beach Health Department.
Conduct and oversee ordering and inventory processing.
Oversee product purchasing and management of culinary budget.
Responsible for overall guest satisfaction; identify root cause of issues and resolve.
Maintain all facilities in like new condition.
Lead and prioritize initiatives and new menu rollouts.
Drive a culture of building sales through great execution and build profits by focusing on the details.
Motivate your team through praise and recognition.
Ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeed.
Create teammates schedules while adhering to forecasting and budgeting guidelines.
Responsible for hiring, developing, and evaluating performance management of the culinary team. Including but not
limited to certifications, bench strength, supporting NRO’s with trainers and supporting a diverse and inclusive
environment.
Recognize and identify talent within and outside of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Ensure teammate compliance with all Noble Bird Standards.
Build sales and relationships with a past record of success.
One to two years of experience in culinary management.
Culinary certification preferred.
Proficient in English/basic and Spanish/basic.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Trusting, passionate, humble, and gracious team player.
