Position Summary:
We are looking for professional line cooks and prep cooks to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. The job requires physical endurance, as well as mental determination and following the direction of your fellow teammates. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction here at Tacolicious.
Requirements:
Proven cooking experience
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry practices
Can follow directions and recipe cards
