A restaurant in Studio City is searching for a Line Cook, Pizza Maker, and Dishwasher!
A strong culinary background is must with a minimum of 2 years experience. Must be able to execute daily orders and open the kitchen while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position is part-time/full-time. We offer a late-night menu so it is important to have that flexibility.
We are looking for well-rounded individuals with a strong work ethic who can start as soon as possible.
-Requirements/Essential functions:
-Knowledge of kitchen equipment and understanding of recipe conversion.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
-Strong organizational skills are a plus
-Cleanliness is of utmost priority
-Food Handler's card
-Knowledge of all current HACCP regulations and guidelines including FIFO
-Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, awareness, organization, and communication skills.
-Prepare recipes during service manage ticket times and listen to a manager on duty
-Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
-English is required.
