Afternoon and Night Shift Available
White Elephant is a modern Thai culinary brand, with restaurant locations in Anaheim and Downtown LA. Currently, we are launching our new pantry product and are seeking experienced Production and Packaging Associates to join our team! Someone who is willing to take on new challenges and grow rapidly with us. Individuals with an outgoing and positive attitude who are committed to creating exceptional, detail oriented, able to work with a sense of urgency, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
You will be responsible for completing work orders and may include other required tasks such as planning, scheduling, and helping resolve production issues.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of the manufacturing team, participates in assigned production activities.
- Executes pre-determined work assignments in support of manufacturing objectives.
- Follows all applicable manufacturing documentation in the assembly and testing of product.
- Prior to executing work steps, ensures that all appropriate training has been received and documented.
- Ensures that all tasks are executed in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
- Ability to perform in process inspection and special testing on product.
Qualification:
- 3+ years experience in food and beverage industry
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Energetic and friendly personality; Team player
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Strong multi-task ability
- Strong work ethic, motivated, and self-sufficient
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a willingness to learn
- Must have legitimate visa to work

Monday - Thursday: 10:30am - 3:00pm & 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday - Sunday: 11:30am - 3pm & 4:00pm - 10:00pm
