We are looking for an experienced House/Residential Cleaner to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for a private household and office.
Duties:
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, including countertops, floors, and appliances
Cleaning bathrooms including mirrors, sinks, showers, and toilets
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in all rooms
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
Outside window washing
Outside patio cleaning
Washing and folding laundry, including bed linens and towels
Performing deep-cleaning tasks as requested or scheduled
Cleaning office desks and wiping down computer appliances and phones
Emptying trash cans and recycling bins
Restocking necessary items like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
Restocking coffee and food supplies
Report any damages or repairs needed to homeowners
Using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain household/residential safety
Adhering to health and safety standards, including wearing protective equipment when necessary
Requirements:
You should be physically fit, able to work on your feet for extended periods, and possess a deep understanding of cleaning tools and chemicals.
Can lift more than 10lbs.
You should be punctual and reliable
You should work well with others
You should have good communication skills
You should have good customer service skills
Proven working experience in relevant field
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
Knowledge of English language
Must be able to pass a background check
Must adhere to strict confidentiality
Must respect homeowners’ privacy
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must have the ability to travel between two locations

Mon-Fri
$25.00 an hour
paid travel time
8 hours workdays
