-Host/Hostess-
Greet and seat guests. Ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, provide accurate wait times, and assist with guest inquiries to enhance the overall dining experience.
-Barista-
A Barista who has extensive experience in making coffee, tea and specialty beverages. Maintain clean work space.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, etc.)
Ensure beverages are prepared according to quality standards and customer preferences.
Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude while working under pressure during busy periods.
Qualifications for All Positions:
- 2 years or more of Fine Dining Experience is required. High Volume and Fast-Paced Environment
- 2 years or more experience with Open Table is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to multi-task
- Have good communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
-Knowledge with POS Systems
-Food Handlers license
-Sexual Harassment certificate
-RBS License
