Job Description:
The Sunset West Hotel is currently taking applications for a Front Desk Team Member to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their hotel experience.
The successful candidate must be a team player who has a positive attitude, is reliable and task oriented.

Responsibilities:
-Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
-Manage online and phone reservations
-Register guests by collecting necessary information and forms of payment
-Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
-Respond to guests' needs in a timely and professional manner
-Liaise with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready to accommodate guests
-Responsible for positively representing and promoting the hotel
-Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guests and employee safety and security
-Must maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Requirements/Skills:
-Work experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar role
-Experience with hotel PMS system a plus
-Customer service attitude and ability to build rapport with guests
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Team Player
