Part Time/Full Time
Must be able to excel in fast paced high volume, high pressure work environment.
Needs to be extremely organized, with a great attention to detail and presentation.
Must have great knowledge of Japanese food - vegetable, fish, seasonal dishes, and so on.
At least 1 year of experience at a Japanese or Any restaurant.
