We are looking for the right team members to join our team
We are offering a position to an EXPERIENCED chef making Wagyu smash burgers.
The chef will be responsible to prepare a simple yet unique and delicious menu items to our customers
Maintain a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in every order.
THIS IS A FOOD TRUCK POSITION. Located in Glendale, CA.
Food truck kitchen is brand new with all equipment provided and in working condition.
Be comfortable at every station of the kitchen including fryer, grill and prep.
Must work in a fast paced environment and communicate and work well with other members of staff
Must have a certified food handlers’ card.
Must be 18+ years of age.
Must have availability on weekends and nights.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 6-8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting boxes, and objects up to 20lbs.
Must be able to work in hot/cold, and/or wet areas.
Must keep the station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Must be a team player.
Working hours 6pm - Sell out/ 12AM /1AM
