Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes to Atrium's exacting standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen
Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
Must have state issues safe serve certificate.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to maintaining the highest standards
Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
