What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Phone Receptionist & Togo Order Taker who can deliver excellent service and uphold the high standards we’re known for. Your role will be essential in making sure every guest interaction is seamless from the very first call.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and handle guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take Togo orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while following the restaurant’s procedures.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely execution of Togo orders.
Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant details, ensuring guests feel well taken care of.
Assist with reservation management, including confirming bookings and accommodating guest preferences.
Handle any special requests or concerns with grace and professionalism.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including managing the flow of phone calls efficiently.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly phone manner.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong sense of hospitality.
Must be detail-oriented and ensure the accuracy of every Togo order.
Knowledge of POS systems (experience with restaurant POS is a plus).
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
