Jon & Vinny's Fairfax is seeking an energetic Wine Manager to lead our beverage program and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations with a positive attitude.
Assist in hiring and training front-of-house staff.
Manage costs, inventory, and scheduling.
Ensure high guest satisfaction through personal interactions.
Oversee beverage inventory, invoice processing, and PCL updates.
Collaborate on curating the beverage program.
Build relationships with reps and manage wine deliveries.
Maintain shop cleanliness and update POS for dine-in and retail.
Lead and train the wine team, driving sales and achieving targets.
Manage the coffee program and barista area.
Send weekly updates on new wines and oversee beverage orders.
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for wine and hospitality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
