Shifts: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Punctuality: Arrive and leave on time, and clock in/out accordingly.
Dress Code: Maintain appropriate dress standards daily.
Break Policies: Adhere to break policies in effect at this location.
Storage: Assist in proper storage of ingredients, M.I.P., and finished products.
Inventory: Perform daily inventory checks of prepped items and ingredients.
Production: Handle daily production of baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
Rotation: Ensure proper rotation of ingredients and finished products using checklists.
Labeling: Use proper dating and labeling procedures.
Food Safety: Uphold food safety standards at all times.
Communication: Maintain good communication with packers and chefs on daily needs.
Cleaning: Uphold cleaning standards following procedures and using checklists.
Teamwork: Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and respectful team mentality.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Certification: Must maintain an up-to-date California food handler card certification.
Literacy: Must be able to read and write effectively.
Skills: Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly with team members.
Physical Demands:
Movement: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
Activity: Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and taste or smell.
Occasional: Sitting and climbing or balancing.
Lifting: Frequently lift/move up to 75 pounds.
Vision: Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Environment: Noise level is usually moderate.
