We are looking for an experienced KITCHEN MANAGER for our newest Ggiata Delicatessen in Studio City. We are hiring NOWl Ggiata Delicatessen, is a New Jersey/Italian-style sandwich shop with freshly made-to-order sandwiches, salads, house-made sauces, dressings, meatballs, arancini, fried and grilled chicken, and more.
Qualifications include previous experience as a KITCHEN MANAGER in a busy, quick casual restaurant, Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor control, all culinary functions having worked line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This position is responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly. Being bi-lingual is important.
