Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain Landwer's high standards
Create and update menus, ensuring variety and quality
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
